Getting More Comfortable with Feedback
Guest Speaker: Beth Ritter, NCSU MBA Program
Beth is a Professor of Practice of Human Resource Management at NC State. She teaches undergraduates, masters students, and conducts executive education sessions with companies. Prior to joining the Poole College of Management, Beth was the SVP Human Resources for Burt’s Bees. She had a career in Consumer Goods firms. Ritter holds an MBA from Old Dominion University and a BA in Labor Relations from The Pennsylvania State University. The session will explore three types of feedback and how to give and receive feedback with greater ease.
